SlowBal is (as the name suggests!) danced to slower tempi: It is a wonderful flowy, sinuous dance and if you don’t know it already we think you will love it as much as we do!

We are delighted to welcome again Izzy and Louis back to Oxford to teach a balboa workshop for improvers upwards. Izzy and Louis are passionate about spreading their love of balboa. They are regulars in international balboa competitions and their teaching is always engaging and exciting.

We would like to thank Andrew Wilson who has been teaching balboa classes for Oxford Balboa for the past two years and greatly contributed to the balboa scene in Oxford. Thank you Andrew for everything you taught us and for your energy and enthusiam, we will miss you.

Another fabulous treat: a brilliant balboa workshop on 24th November by Andrew joined by the superb dancer Emiliya before Balboa Beckons with the amazing Jim Wynn Swingtet!
